**Note for online ticket ordering:  Based on feedback and a goal to streamline the ticket ordering process, we are making some changes this year to online ordering.  In previous years when ordering online, the full ticket was sent to you and you were to fill out the ticket and mail it back to PCF to be entered into the raffle.  This year we are planning to use a new ticket ordering process in which we will fill out the ticket based on the information that you provide in the form below.  The completed ticket will be entered into the raffle drawing, and we will mail your portion of the ticket stub to you.  If you prefer not to have your ticket order completed this way, please email shannon@petscomefirst.com and we can arrange an alternate plan with you.
