You may have seen the online movement to donate to animal shelters on January 17 in honor of what would have been Betty White’s 100th birthday. Betty White was an animal lover and activist, and this is a wonderful way to honor her memory. Here at PCF we have our very own Betty White – a white German Shepard that was trapped after running for at least 4 weeks as a stray. We have no idea what her life was like before her time on the run. She is still very nervous, but our dedicated staff and volunteers are working with her to understand that she is loved and she has a wonderful life ahead of her.
