Great news for our TNR program!

Thanks to a generous $1500 grant from Pennsylvania Skill Charitable Giving, we are able to sell a limited number of TNR (trap, neuter, release) vouchers again. Covering the difference in cost between what is paid for our vouchers and what we are charged for the surgeries puts a strain on our budget that grants like this help alleviate.

We are extremely grateful for this grant and the ability to offer more TNR vouchers during the busy season for trappers. Through our program since 2019 we have helped over 1400 outside cats get low cost spay/neuter. With an average of 2-3 litters per year and 4-6 kittens per litter that is thousands of unwanted litters prevented, which is not only healthier for them but also puts less strain on their caretakers and the shelters who deal with these surrenders.
